Day 1 Arrival at Muscat

Ahlan to Oman! Muscat, the capital of Oman, is a stunning metropolis set against a breathtaking backdrop of mountains and desert. The historic souk and breathtaking corniche, which overlooks the city's antique buildings and the clear seas below, have made it a tourist mecca for decades. Stop at the Royal Opera House for some photos, and then enjoy some leisure time. The next step is to settle into your hotel room for the night.

Day 2 Muscat

Enjoy a buffet breakfast at the hotel and start your day with a Muscat city tour. Visit Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, one of the most famous and largest mosques in town. We will stop by Al Alam Palace which is the colorful and ceremonial palace of Sultan Qaboos. Visit the Bait Al Zubair Museum, a historical and cultural center of Muscat. You may explore the Al Zubair family’s private collection of Omani weapons, costumes, and traditional artifacts, all beautifully displayed. Enjoy your lunch and proceed to Mutrah Souq, one of the largest and oldest traditional markets, you can buy handicrafts like silverware, daggers, traditional cloth, and new apparel, in addition to the famous Omani, spices, and braziers.

Day 3 Muscat – Bimmah Sinkhole – Tiwi – Sur – Ras Al Jinz Reserve

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and transfer to Ras Al Jinz, and visit Bimmah Sinkhole. It is one of the natural wonders of Oman. You will see the most beautiful natural pools in the world which are 600 m away from the sea and 20 m deep, combining fresh water and sea water which creates a turquoise color. Enjoy your leisure time to take nice photos and memories. Continue to Wadi Shab which is one of the top attractions, famous for hiking, boat ride, and swimming. You will have a great experience while exploring a deep canyon and a waterfall in a cave surrounded by an amazing view. Then, proceed to the second wealthiest and lovely town called “Sur” which is situated in Southeast Muscat. The town is famous for building wooden boats with traditional methods. Stop for a while at the lighthouse and fishermen’s houses. Proceed to Ras Al Hadd where Turtle Sanctuary is located. With the guided walking tour, you may explore huge green sea turtles that come from thousands of miles to lay their eggs at the shore. You will learn about their life cycles, and visit the interactive museum and research laboratories. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4 Ras Al Jinz Reserve – Wadi Bani Khalid – Wahiba Sands

Have breakfast at the hotel's buffet and take a ride to see the communities and vibrant plantations of Wadi Bani Khalid. Especially the distinctive red rock formations that dot the countryside. Relax and take pleasure in the warm sunshine and crystal-clear water. Keep going until you reach the Wahiba Sands desert in the late afternoon. This stunning Desert is also known as Oman's adventure playground, and it stretches over 200 kilometers from the Eastern Hajar Mountains to the Arabian Sea. You may enjoy activities like an adventurous 4x4 drive in the dunes, camel rides, and zipping through the dunes on a sand board or quad bike (Activities charges are additional). Check in to the camp resort, and enjoy the amazing sunset while having dinner in the camp.

Day 5 Wahiba Sands – Al Mudhaireb – Ibra – Nizwa

Enjoy breakfast at the camp and check out from the camp. We'll take a detour to the historic district of Al Mudhaireb. You will endure the ruins of the old village of Al Mudhaireb, and its glorious watchtowers with an amazing sight. Then, continue to Ibra, the second largest city in Oman and home to many historic palaces and mosques. It was once for trade centers, religion, education, and art. You will explore its nature, culture, and tradition by strolling around the area. Visit Zukait Tombs on the way to Nizwa, which is located in the Al Dakhiliyah region; the tombs date back to 3,000 BC. Proceed to Nizwa, the former capital city of Oman. It is a beautiful mountainous city renowned for its silver jewelry, copperware, coffee pots, swords, leather goods, and pottery. Check in to the hotel, enjoy your free time, and overnight stay there. 

Day 6 Nizwa – Muscat

Have breakfast at the hotel's buffet and then leave for your last sightseeing in Nizwa. The Nizwa Fort was built in the 12th century and is worth a visit. It was built during the reign of Sultan bin Saif bin Malik Al Yarubi, famous for its huge circular cannon tower, antiques, and silver jewelry. Then, visit Nizwa Souq where you will find a variety of vendors offering their goods, vegetables, pottery, jewelry, handicrafts, Omani sweets, spice, and souvenirs. Pack your bags and transfer to Muscat International Airport for your departure to your hometown.
