Day 1: Arrival in Muscat

Upon arrival at the airport in Muscat after booking this 6 nights 7 days exquisite Oman tour package,  you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Stop at the Royal Opera House for some photos. You can spend the rest of the day at leisure, exploring the local area and relaxing after your journey.

Day 2: Muscat City Tour

You will start your city tour of Muscat after having a delicious breakfast. The first and foremost thing you will visit will be the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque. After that, you will get to visit the beautiful Muttrah Souq and Corniche. Corniche is a traditional market where you can find unique handicrafts and souvenirs. Later in the evening, you will visit Al Alam Palace and Bait Al Zubair Museum, to learn and experience Omani culture and history.

Day 3: Muscat – Bimmah Sinkhole – Tiwi – Sur – Ras Al Jinz Reserve

On the third day of the 7 day Oman tour package, leave early in the morning and travel to Bimah Sinkhole. It is a collapse of a limestone cavern that created the stunning sculpture. The sinkhole’s turquoise water and its surrounding limestones make it an ideal place to cool down and unwind. Continue your trip to the seaside town of Sur which is famous for its long history of shipbuilding. After dark, go to Ras Al Jinz Reserve, a protected area near the very point of the Arabian Peninsula that is popular with tourists because of its turtle breeding grounds. You may take a guided excursion to Ras Al Jinz to see endangered green turtles and loggerhead turtles breeding on the beach. If you're fortunate, you may see hatchlings make their journey to the ocean and hear about the conservation efforts being made to conserve these turtles and their nesting locations. The turtle nesting phenomenon is best appreciated with an overnight stay in Ras Al Jinz Reserve. You may spend the night in an eco-lodge with a turtle theme and wake up to the sounds of the ocean and the sight of nesting turtles on the beach.

Day 4: Ras Al Jinz Reserve – Wadi Bani Khalid – Wahiba Sands

During the nesting season (typically May through September), you may begin your day in Ras Al Jinz Reserve and watch the amazing sight of turtles nesting on the beach. You won't want to miss the incredible sight of these ancient animals returning to the sea to deposit their eggs before returning to land. After exploring Ras Al Jinz Reserve, go forward to Wadi Bani Khalid, located about 220 kilometers to the southwest. The Hajar Mountains are home to the stunning desert oasis of Wadi Bani Khalid, which is renowned for its emerald-green ponds, palm trees, and imposing rock formations. You may take a stroll around the Wadi, bathe in the cool waters, or just sit back and enjoy the tranquility of your surroundings.  The Wahiba Sands, also known as the Sharqiyah Sands, is a large desert area in Oman and may be reached by car from Wadi Bani Khalid. The Wahiba Sands is famous for its beautiful sand dunes that continue on forever. its golden, orange, and red tones create a breathtaking scene.

Spend the night in a Bedouin-style desert camp on the Wahiba Sands to get the whole desert experience. Comfortable tents, traditional Omani food, cultural performances, stargazing, and a chance to see a breathtaking dawn over the sand dunes are just some of the perks of a stay at one of these camps, which gives guests a rare glimpse into the Bedouin way of life.

Day 5: Wahiba Sands –Nizwa – Grand Canyon

Following breakfast, go northwest for around 200 kilometers to the city of Nizwa. One of the best-maintained forts in Oman is Nizwa Fort, which you should visit for its breathtaking vistas. Discover the history and architecture of the fort as you wander its walls, towers, courtyards, and displays. Climb the tower if you have the chance; the views of the city and distant mountains are breathtaking. After you've seen everything there is to see in Nizwa, go westward about 60 km to see the Grand Canyon, also known as Wadi Ghul. The Grand Canyon is an incredible natural attraction with amazing vistas of cliffs, canyons, and mountain settlements built on terraces. Find a good viewing spot for the sunset over the Grand Canyon as the day winds down. The ever-shifting sky and stunning scenery create a hypnotic atmosphere. Enjoy the tranquility of this natural treasure as you snap some breathtaking images.

Day 6: Grand Canyon – Muscat

Start your day with a final visit to the Grand Canyon, if you have time, to soak in the stunning scenery and enjoy the peacefulness of the mountains. Take a leisurely walk along the rim or explore any hiking trails that you may have missed on the previous day. Visit Misfah Al Abryieen Village, Balad Sayt, a mountainous village surrounded by Oasis. Head to Nakhal to visit fort and hot spring. Capture some last memories of this natural wonder before you depart. Drive back to Muscat and relax.

Day 7: Departure from Muscat

On the last day of your trip, you will leave for Muscat early in the morning. Later at the Muscat International Airport, you will hop on your respective flights to take a bucket of blissful memories with you.
