I gifted this Georgia trip to my parents for their wedding anniversary-they loved it! Everything from airport pickup to hotel check-in was smooth. Scenic drives through mountain passes were breathtaking. Big thanks to Travejar for making it so special!
This Georgia tour was simply amazng! From Tbilisi’s colourful old town to the cave city at Uplistsikhe, every spot was insta-worthy. Travejar team neatly arranged our drives and stay-driver was so polite and punctual. Truly a trip to remember.
Very nice planning by Travejar team. Cable car ride at Gudauri was thrilling, and our guide explained local culture well. Only minor point: dinner at one of the guest-houses was basic, but overall service was top-notch. Highly recommend for first-timers.
Overall very good experience with Travejar. Hotel in Kutaisi was decentt and comfy, and Batumi’s beachside vibes were super chill. Only hiccup was a bit of hussle at Kazbegi pickup, but guide sorted it quickly. Worth the money.
Tour covered main highlights, but felt bit rushed on Day 4 when we drove to Sighnaghi. Wine tasting was lovely, but couldn’t spend enough time exploring the town. Also hotel breakfast at Telavi was average. Good value but expect some long travel legs.
Though a small nation Georgia is incredibly diverse and rich in history, tradition, and culture, beautiful landscapes, and delicious cuisine. You can spend 5 days in Georgia by exploring the capital city Tbilisi where you can try the delicious cuisines, explore the Old Town, Narikala Fortress, sameba Cathedral, and the Sulphur Bath. take a trip to Mtskheta, the ancient capital of Georgia, explore Jvari Monastery and Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, and head to Kazbegi for its stunning mountains and go hiking. Explore Uplistsikhe, get a taste of wine from the wine region of Kakheti, and visit the vineyards, monasteries, and Bodbe monasteries. Explore Sighnaghi town for its stunning views of the Caucasus mountains, before departing for your flight home.
The number of days needed for a trip to Georgia totally depends upon one’s choices and by a minimum of 4 to 5 days is recommended to experience the highlights of the country. One can take a 4 night 5 days Georgia Tour and cover exploring Tbilisi, the cave city of Uplistsikhe, vineyards, the Caucasus Mountains, and other regions of Georgia like, Svaneti, Kakheti, and the Black Sea coast.
The cost for a trip to Georgia from India can vary depending upon the various reasons like season, accommodation, transportation, and the activities covered. An approximately estimated price for a person to travel for a week may be INR 30,000 to 40,000 without airfare. The two-way flight from New Delhi to Tbilisi costs around INR 45,000.
The best time to go for a Georgia trip 5 days is between the months of August to October to explore its natural landscapes and for outdoor activities like hiking but if you travel to the country between December to February, Georgia experiences snowfall and it’s an excellent time for skiing and winter sports.
