Day 1 Arrival at Tbilisi (Georgia)

It's great to have you here in Tbilisi. Our tour guide will be waiting for you when you arrive at Tbilisi International Airport, and you'll be taken on a fascinating tour of the city's most famous attractions.

The gorgeous Metekhi Church, where the story of the city's establishment by King Vakhtang Gorgasali is told, will be your first destination. Take a cable car to the top of Narikala Fortress, one of Tbilisi's most recognizable monuments, for sweeping vistas of the city below.

After leaving the peaceful Sharden neighborhood, you will take a tour through the city's solitary mosque and the ancient Sulfur Baths district. The Sioni Cathedral, Anchiskhati Basilica, and the world-famous Rezo Gabriadze Theatre, whose clock tower is an architectural marvel, are all within easy reach.

This afternoon, you'll go to the National Museum of Georgia to learn more about Georgia's fascinating past and present. Later that night, you'll go to your accommodation to unwind.

Day 2 Tbilisi – Mtskheta (approx. 40 mins) – Ananuri (approx. 45 mins) – Kazbegi (approx. 1 hr 30 mins)

The ancient Georgian town of Mtskheta, a UNESCO Heritage site, will be your first stop after breakfast. The Svetitskhoveli Cathedral and the Jvari Monastery are two of the most important religious buildings in Mtskheta.

The Ananuri architectural complex, a historic Argveti Dukes' palace, is up next, where you may take in breathtaking vistas of the Aragvi River. Kazbegi, a quaint village in the foothills of the Caucasus Mountains, is the next stop.

The Gergeti Holy Trinity Church is located on a hill above the city and Mount Kazbek and is well worth a visit. After a day of seeing the breathtaking landscape of northern Georgia, you will check into your hotel in Kazbegi for a comfortable night's sleep.

Day 3 Kazbegi – Gori (approx. 3 hrs) -Tbilisi (1 hr 30 mins)

Visit the Stalin Museum in Gori, which honors the life and legacy of the infamous Soviet leader, after breakfast. The next stop is Uplistsikhe, a cave settlement that has been inhabited since the sixth century BC.

You'll marvel at the beautiful rock-cut buildings and elaborate sculptures as you make your way through a labyrinth of caverns and tunnels that was once an important commercial and religious hub. Your day of seeing Georgia's rich history will come to a close in the afternoon, and you'll go back to modern-day Tbilisi to spend your last night there.

Day 4 Departure from Tbilisi

After breakfast, you will check out of your accommodation and make your way to Tbilisi International Airport. You will leave this stunning nation with unforgettable experiences and a deeper understanding of Georgia's cultural heritage.
