You can take the Dubai Metro Red Line and get off at the Mall of the Emirates Station. From there, you can take a taxi or a bus to Dubai Miracle Gardens.

By bus: 

You can take bus number 105 or 106 from Mall of the Emirates Bus Station to Dubai Miracle Gardens. The bus ride takes around 35-40 minutes.

By taxi: 

You can hire a taxi from any part of Dubai and provide the destination as Dubai Miracle Gardens. Taxis are readily available in Dubai and can be easily booked through ride-hailing apps or hailed from the street.
