4 Nights 5 Days Kusadasi City Break

Day 1- Arrival at Izmir Airport

You will be welcomed at Izmir Airport by our executive on day 1 of your arrival and then transferred to your pre-booked hotel in Kusadasi. Visit the Basilica of St. John and Kusadasi Bazaar in the evening. One of the frequently visited attractions in Kusadasi is a ruin. Ruins are everywhere in this area. The Basilica teaches you a lot about Greek history and was built on John the Apostle's grave. Numerous tourists are drawn to the white pillars that stand out against the backdrop of the breathtaking natural beauty each year.

Day 2- Full day Pigeon Island Beach

You will be taken from your hotel between 9:00 Am- 9:30 AM after having breakfast to a ferry ride to reach Pigeon Island. A 350-meter causeway extends from Kusadasi harbor to the intriguing Pigeon Island, which is made up of the remains of a Byzantine stronghold from the 13th century. It is a well-liked location because visitors here prefer to relax at the café or stroll along the beach. It is one of the most romantic places to visit in Kusadasi because of the gorgeous sunsets that occur here. This tour will end at 16:00 PM and then you will be taken to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 3- Transfer from Kusadasi to Izmir

After having breakfast at the hotel in Kusadasi you will be transferred to the Izmir city center hotel by car. Remaining day at leisure, you can explore on your own. 

Day 4- Visit the Izmir Castle, Izmir Archaeology Museum, and Izmir Agora

After having breakfast at the hotel in Izmir on day 4, you will be taken on a city sightseeing tour. The magnificent Kadifekale Castle, sometimes called the Velvet Castle, is still standing. When the fortress was built atop the hill that gives its name, Kadifikale, it was done so primarily to fend off the Persian invasion. A sizable collection of carefully picked Greek and Roman works of art, most of which are statues of mythical deities, may be found in the Archaeological Museum of Izmir. Notable is the magnificent sarcophagus in the underground pavilion. The old market that Alexander the Great had built at Agra was completely destroyed by an earthquake that occurred there in 178. Marcus Aurelius, the Roman Emperor, rebuilt it later though. Because of the Corinthian colonnades, domed halls, and repurposed arches, you can envision what a Roman agora looked like a thousand years ago.

Day 5- Departure from the hotel to Izmir Airport

After having breakfast at the hotel on Day 5, you will be transferred to Izmir Airport from where you will take a flight back to your home. Your 04 Nights/05 Days Kusadasi City Break tour will end here.
