Payment and Cancellation Policy

  • 100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 7 days before the date of travel
  • For Issuance of the Flight Tickets, we require Full Payment of Airfare
  • Non- Refundable Services in the tour package have to be paid in full at the time of Booking
  • Payment Policy is non-negotiable and has to be paid accordingly
  • When the cancellation is requested within 45 days or less from the date of booking, 40% of the total invoice amount will be deducted
  • When the cancellation is requested within 30 days or less from the date of booking, 60% of the total invoice amount will be deducted
  • When the cancellation is requested within 15 days or less from the date of booking, booking amount will be under cancellation, non – refundable amount
  • Cancellation policy for Covid-19 client’s, will allow full changes or full credit note will be issued
  • Flight cancellation charges will be on actual basis and any changes in the airline timings or rescheduling of flight, will be as per the airlines policy. Travel agency will not be held responsible for such changes
  • In Case of no – show, 100% of total deposited amount will be forfeited
